Training, Talent, and Future: Our Experience at CNOS-FAP in San Benigno
GSI at the CNOS-FAP Competition: Our commitment to Young Talents.
Last week, I had the pleasure of representing GSI at the national competition “L’Esposizione dei Capolavori” hosted by CNOS-FAP in San Benigno Canavese.
This event is more than just a technical challenge between students from across Italy — it is a true celebration of talent, dedication, and vocational education.
For GSI, it was an honor to be a partner in such a meaningful initiative. We had the opportunity to closely observe young people testing their skills in designing and building plumbing and HVAC systems — doing so with seriousness, commitment, and remarkable technical ability, all within a vibrant and enthusiastic atmosphere.
I was deeply impressed by the exceptional organization of the event — every detail carefully planned — and the educational philosophy that could be felt in the environment of CNOS-FAP. Here, excellence is not seen as the pursuit of perfection, but as a mindset of continuous improvement — day after day, on both a technical and human level.
As a company, we are always looking for skilled and motivated young people, and events like this offer a valuable opportunity to connect with future professionals who are ready to step into the world of work with awareness and confidence.
The setting in which the event took place was particularly impressive: the 18th-century cloister, specially prepared for the occasion, offered a unique blend of art, history, and cutting-edge technology. A true example of how tradition and innovation can interact seamlessly.
